A commitment to an imperfect, value-aligned life
I hold an intentional awareness of the position I occupy as a well-educated white woman working within a spiritual and self-development space that is frequently commercialized, appropriated, and shaped by unequal systems that I inherently benefit from;
The Plan does not seek to take ownership of, dilute, or "rebrand" these culturally sacred, millennia-old practices, but to filter the gifts they reveal through a lens that allows more people to benefit from their wisdom;
My values are rooted in human rights for all, collective liberation, and a sincere belief that a joyful embodiment of our authentic selves will accelerate the dismantlement of systems created to hold so many down, so that together we can build something more equitable and honest;
I want to be a partner to anyone on a journey to unpack and reject the narratives that have conditioned so many of us to shrink, conform, or stay quiet. These narratives disproportionally harm women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals, and any meaningful liberation must begin with an unequivocal acknowledgement of this reality;
Deconstruction and healing is not linear. It is inevitable that I will make mistakes -
but I don’t want to let fear of imperfect action stop me from acting at all.
